About Accommodation

  • Can I send my luggage in advance?
    We will not be able to receive your luggage if you send it to us. Please refrain from sending luggage to us.

    If you are able to receive your luggage during your stay, please do so at your own risk. In that case, please make sure that the contact information is addressed to yourself.

    If you are unable to recieve your luggage, or if you lose track of it, we will not be responsible for it or guarantee its whereabouts, Please understand that we cannot be held responsible or guarantee the whereabouts of your package if you fail to receive it.
  • Until what time is the front desk open?
    We do not have a front desk, but we have our 24-hour support team that is available remotely if you need any assistance.
  • Is there a parcel receiving or shipping service?
    We do not offer courier pick-up or shipping services, so make your own arrangement. Please request shipping at a nearby convenience store. Kindly note that if you ask the delivery company to pick up your luggage during your stay, the hotel is not responsible for any damage or problems that may occur.

About the guest room

  • Are there elevators?
    Unfortunately, there is no elevator. We ask our guests to use the stairs to move from one floor to another.
  • What facilities are included in the rooms?
    The rooms are equipped with the following facilities: Wi-Fi, air condition, TV, washing machine, bathroom dryer, washlet, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, iron and hair dryer.
  • Are there washing machines and dryers in the rooms?
    The rooms are equipped with washing machine with clothes drying functions. You can use this one machine for everything from washing to drying.
  • Does the hotel have rooms for differently-abled guests?
    Please note that our hotel does not have rooms suitable for differently-abled guests.
  • What kind of kitchen appliances and utensils are available in the room?
    We have pots, frying pans, cutting boards, knives, kitchen scissors, tableware (glasses, plates, bowls), cutlery (spoons, chopsticks, forks, knives, teaspoons), a rice cooker, and a coffee maker.
  • Will towels be changed?
    We do not change towels, so we kindly ask you to use the washing machine in the room and reuse the towels.
  • Can I watch Youtube or Netflix on the TV?
    Yes, you can watch Youtube or Netflix using your own account and log it out before you check out of the hotel.

About Check-in and Check-out

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is from 3:00 PM and onwards. Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
  • What should I do if I am late for check-in?
    If you register your guest information in advance, we will send you an access guide and a room passcode for your room. Use the provided information to do self check-in.
  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in or check-out?
    Luggage cannot be stored before check-in or after check-out.
  • What are the check-out procedures?
    If you leave the room by 10:00 AM the check-out procedure will be automatically completed.
  • Is early check-in / late check-out possible?
    Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee. Please note that this service may not be available due to cleaning conditions on the day of check-in or check-out, so please be sure to inquire in advance.
  • How do I check-in?
    Please do self check-in by using the access guide and room passcode we sent you in advance.

  • Where is the nearest bus stop?
    The nearest bus stop is Sengokuhara Elementary School, which is about an 8-minute walk from the building.
  • Is there a parking lot available? What are the rates and how do I make a reservation?
    Our facility provides parking space for for two small cars only on the hill in front of the gate. However, we ask for your understanding that the parking may be difficult for vehicles with low height. Please refrain from parking on the street, as it may cause inconvenience to neighbors and passing vehicles. If unauthorized parking is discovered or reported by a neighbor, a fine of 30,000 yen will be charged.

  • Where can I exchange foreign currency?
    We recommend using foreign currency exchange services in each airport. There is a foreign currency exchange location at the Hakone Tourist Information Center and Gora Station. Please bring your passport or other form identification.
