About Accommodation

  • Can I send my luggage in advance?
    Since this is an apartment hotel, we cannot accept packages sent to us. Please refrain from sending any items.

    If you are able to receive your packages during your stay, please handle the arrangements at your own responsibility. In that case, we ask that you use your own contact information for any deliveries.

    Please understand that we do not hold responsibility or guarantees for packages that cannot be received or become lost.
  • Until what time is the front desk open?
    As an apartment hotel, we do not have a front desk, but we have our 24-hour support team that is available remotely if you need any assistance.
  • Is there a parcel receiving or shipping service?
    We do not offer courier pick-up or shipping services, so make your own arrangement. Please request shipping at a nearby convenience store. Kindly note that if you ask the delivery company to pick up your luggage during your stay, the hotel is not responsible for any damage or problems that may occur.

About the guest room

  • Are there elevators?
    Unfortunately, our hotel does not have an elevator. We ask our guests to use the stairs to move from one floor to another.
  • What facilities are included in the rooms?
    The rooms are equipped with the following facilities: Wi-Fi, air condition, TV, washing machine, washlet, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, iron and hair dryer.
  • Are there washing and drying machine in the rooms?
    The rooms are equipped with washing machine with clothes drying functions. You can use this one machine for everything: from washing to drying.
  • Does the hotel have rooms for differently-abled guests?
    Please note that our hotel does not have rooms suitable for differently-abled guests.
  • What kind of kitchen appliances and utensils are available in the room?
    We have pots, frying pans, cutting boards, knives, kitchen scissors, tableware (glasses, plates, bowls), cutlery (spoons, chopsticks, forks, knives, teaspoons), a rice cooker, and a coffee maker.
  • Will amenities be replenished and towels be changed?
    We do not change towels, so we kindly ask you to use the washing machine in the room and reuse the towels If you run low on amenities, please e-mail us for additional supplies.
  • Can I watch Youtube or Netflix on the TV?
    YouTube and Netflix are not available on TV. Only terrestrial TV is available.

About Check-in and Check-out

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards and check-out is until 10:00 AM.
  • What should I do if I am late for check-in?
    If you register your guest information in advance, we will send you an access guide and a room passcode for your room. Use the provided information to do self check-in.
  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in or check-out?
    Luggage cannot be stored before check-in or after check-out. Please use the coin lockers nearby to store your luggage.
  • What are the check-out procedures?
    If you leave the room by 10:00 AM the check-out procedure will be automatically completed.
  • Is early check-in / late check-out possible?
    Please note that we do not accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
  • How do I check-in?
    Please do self check-in by using the access guide and room passcode we sent you in advance.

Access to site

  • Where is the nearest train station?
    The nearest station is Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome Station on the Toei Oedo Line, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
  • Could you please tell me how to get there from the airport?
    From Narita Airport:
    1. Take the Keisei Narita Sky Access Line to Daimon Station, then transfer to the Toei Oedo Line and get off at Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome Station.

    From Haneda Airport
    1. Take the Keikyu Airport Express to Daimon Station, then transfer to the Toei Oedo Line and get off at Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome Station

  • Is parking lot available? What are the rates and how do I make a reservation?
    Parking is not available, so please use the paid parking lot nearby.

Others

  • Where can I exchange foreign currency?
    We recommend using foreign currency exchange services in each airport. You can also change money at banks and foreign currency exchange shops near Shinjuku Station. Please bring your passport or other forms of identification.
