About Accommodation

- Can I send my luggage in advance?
- Since this is an apartment hotel, we cannot accept packages sent to us. Please refrain from sending any items.
If you are able to receive your packages during your stay, please handle the arrangements at your own responsibility. In that case, please make sure that the contact information is addressed to yourself.
Please understand that we do not hold responsibility or guarantees for packages that cannot be received or become lost.

- Until what time is the front desk open?
- As an apartment hotel, we do not have a front desk, but we have our 24-hour support team that is available remotely if you need any assistance.

- Is there a parcel receiving or shipping service?
- We do not offer courier pick-up or shipping services. Please make your own arrangements. For shipping, you may use a nearby convenience store. Please note that if you ask the delivery company to pick-up your luggage during your stay, the hotel is not responsible for any accidents or problems that may occur.

- Yes, elevators are available.

- What facilities are included in the rooms?
- The rooms are equipped with the following facilities: Wi-Fi, air condition, TV, washing machine, bathroom dryer, washlet, gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, iron and hair dryer.

- Are there washing machines and dryers in the rooms?
- A washing machine is provided, but there is no dryer.

- Does the hotel have rooms for differently-abled guests?
- Please note that our hotel does not have rooms suitable for differently-abled guests.

- What kind of kitchen facilities are available in the room?
- We have pots, frying pans, cutting boards, knives, kitchen scissors, tableware (glasses, plates, bowls), cutlery (spoons, chopsticks, forks, knives, teaspoons), a rice cooker, and a coffee maker.

- Will amenities be replenished and towels be changed?
- We do not change towels, so we kindly ask you to use the washing machine in the room and reuse the towels. If you run low on amenities, please e-mail us for additional supplies.

- Can I watch Youtube or Netflix on the TV?
- YouTube and Netflix are not available on TV. Only terrestrial TV is available.
About Check-in and Check-out

- What time is the check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards and check-out is until 10:00 AM.

- What should I do if I am late for check-in?
- If you register your guest information in advance, we will send you an access guide and a room passcode for your room. Use the provided information to do self check-in.

- Can I leave my luggage before check-in or check-out?
- Luggage cannot be stored before check-in or after check-out. Please use the coin lockers nearby to store your luggage.

- What are the check-out procedures?
- If you leave the room by 10:00 AM the check-out procedure will be automatically completed.

- Is early check-in / late check-out possible?
- Please note that we do not accommodate early check-in or late check-out.

- How do I check-in?
- Please do self check-in by using the access guide and room passcode we sent you in advance.

- Where is the nearest train station?
- The nearest stations are JR/Tokyo Metro Ayase Station (15-minute walk) and JR Kameari Station (15-minute walk).

- Could you please tell me how to get there from the airport?
- From Narita Airport:
Take the Keisei Narita Sky Access Line to Higashi-Matsudo Station and transfer to the JR Musashino Line, then to Shin-Matsudo Station and transfer to the JR Joban Line then get off at Ayase Station.
From Haneda Airport:
Take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho Station and transfer to the JR Yamanote Line, then to Nishi-Nippori Station and transfer to Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, then get off at Ayase Station.

- Is there a parking lot available? What are the rates and how do I make a reservation?
- We have one free parking space available. If you would like to use it, please contact us in advance. Please note that we may not be able to provide parking based on availability.
