About Accommodation

  • Can I send my luggage in advance?
    You can send your luggage in advance, but please indicate the name of guest, room number, and expected check-in date on the courier slip. Please specify the check-in date as scheduled delivery date. Please note that we are unable to accept parcels with cash on delivery (COD).
  • Until what time is the front desk open?
    The front desk is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you would like to use the front desk outside of business hours, please ring the bell to call a staff member.
  • Is there a parcel receiving or shipping service?
    Only packages that have been previously paid can be picked up, but we do not have a courier shipping service. Please request for shipping at a convenience store. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur when you ask the delivery company to pick up your luggage, even while you are staying at the accommodation.

About the guest room

  • Are there elevators?
    Yes, elevators are available.
  • What facilities are included in the rooms?
    The rooms are equipped with the following facilities: Wi-Fi, air condition, TV, washing machine, bathroom dryer, washlet, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, iron and hair dryer. Room 701 and 901 have dishwashers.
  • Are there washing machines and dryers in the rooms?
    Washing machine and bathroom dryer are included.
  • Does the hotel have rooms for differently-abled guests?
    All rooms in our hotel are suitable for differently-abled guests.
  • What kind of kitchen appliances and utensils are available in the room?
    We have pots, frying pans, cutting boards, knives, kitchen scissors, tableware (glasses, plates, bowls), cutlery (spoons, chopsticks, forks, knives, teaspoons), a rice cooker, and a coffee maker.
  • Can I watch Youtube or Netflix on the TV?
    Yes, you can watch Youtube or Netflix using your own account and log it out after use.
  • Will amenities be replenished and towels be changed?
    We do not change towels, so we kindly ask you to use the washing machine in the room and reuse the towels. If you run low on amenities, please contact the front desk for additional supplies.

About Check-in and Check-out

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards and check-out is until 10:00 AM.
  • What should I do if I am late for check-in?
    If you register your guest information in advance, we will send you an access guide and a room pass code for your room. Use information there to do self check-in.
  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in or check-out?
    We can store your luggage on the day of check-in and the day of check-out.
  • What are the check-out procedures?
    If you leave the room by 10:00 AM the check-out procedure will be automatically completed.
  • Is early check-in / late check-out possible?
    Please note that we do not accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
  • How do I check-in?
    Please check-in at the front desk between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. If you will arrive after 10:00 PM, please refer to the access guide we sent you in advance and and follow the instructions for self check-in.

Access to the site

  • Where is the nearest train station?
    The nearest stations are JR Oku station (5-min walk to the hotel) and JR Tabata station (13-min walk to the hotel)
  • Could you please tell me how to get there from the airport?
    From Narita Airport
    1. Take the Keisei Main Line to Ueno Station, transfer to the Ueno Tokyo Line and get off at Oku Station.
    or
    2. Take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station, transfer to the Keihin Tohoku Line or the Yamanote Line, and get off at Tabata Station.

    From Haneda Airport
    1. Take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station, transfer to the Ueno Tokyo Line, and get off to Oku Station.
    or
    2. Take the Keisei Main Line to Nippori Station, transfer to the Yamanote Line, and get off at Tabata Station.

  • Is there a parking lot available?
    Parking is not available, so please use the paid parking lot nearby.

  • Where can I exchange foreign currency?
    We recommend that you use the foreign currency exchange service at the airport. There is also a place near the hotel which is near Ueno Station where you can exchange foreign currency. Please bring your passport or other forms of identification.
