About Accommodation

  • Can I send my luggage in advance?
    You can send your luggage in advance, but please indicate the name of guest, room number, and expected check-in date on the courier slip. Please specify the check-in date as scheduled delivery date. Kindly note that we are unable to accept parcels with cash on delivery (COD).
  • Until what time is the front desk open?
    The front desk is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you would like to use the front desk outside of business hours, please ring the bell to call a staff member.
  • Is there a parcel receiving or shipping service?
    Only packages that have been previously paid can be picked up, but we do not have a courier shipping service. Please request for shipping at a convenience store. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur when you ask the delivery company to pick up your luggage, even while you are staying at the accommodation.

About the guest room

  • Are there elevators?
    Yes, elevators are available.
  • What facilities are included in the rooms?
    The rooms are equipped with the following facilities: Wi-Fi, air condition, TV, washing machine, washlet, refrigerator, electric kettle, iron and hair dryer.
  • Are there washing machines and dryers in the rooms?
    There are washing machines in the rooms from second floor and above. Dryers are located in the common area on the first floor and are available free of charge from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
  • Does the hotel have rooms for differently-abled guests?
    Please note that our hotel does not have rooms suitable for differently-abled guests.
  • What kind of kitchen appliances and utensils are available in the room?
    There are no kitchens in the guest rooms or in the building, but microwave ovens are located in the corridors on each floor from 2nd to 7th floor, so feel free to use them.
  • Will amenities be replenished and towels be changed?
    We do not change towels, so we kindly ask you to use the washing machine in the room and reuse the towels. If you run low on amenities, please contact the front desk for additional supplies.
    *For guests staying in the room without a washing machine, we will change the towels. Please ask at the front desk if you need this service.
  • Can I watch Youtube or Netflix on the TV?
    YouTube and Netflix are not available on TV. Only terrestrial TV is available.

About Check-in and Check-out

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time is from 3:00PM to 10:00PM. Check-out time is until 10:00AM.
  • What should I do if I am late for check-in?
    If you will arrive after 10:00 PM, please contact us in advance and we will send you an access guide and instructions on how to enter the room. Please note that if we do not hear from you after 10:00 PM or if you do not register your guest information in advance, we will treat your stay as a no-show.
  • Can I leave my luggage before check-in or check-out?
    We can store your luggage on the day of check-in and the day of check-out.
  • What are the check-out procedures?
    If you return the key to the front desk by 10:00 AM the check-out procedure will be automatically completed.
  • Is early check-in / late check-out possible?
    Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee. Please note that this service may not be available due to cleaning conditions on the day of check-in or check-out, so please be sure to inquire in advance.
  • How do I check-in?
    Please check-in at the front desk between 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. For arrivals after 10:00 PM, please do self check-in after reading the access guide sent to you in advance.

  • Where is the nearest train station?
    The nearest station is Minowa Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line), which is a 5-minute walk to our hotel.
  • Could you please tell me how to get there from the airport?
    From Narita Airport
    1. Take the Skyliner Keisei Main Line to Keisei Ueno Station, walk to Ueno Station, transfer to the Hibiya Line and get off at Minowa Station.
    or
    2. Take the Keisei Main Line to Nippori Station, transfer to the Hibiya Line and get off at Minowa Station.

    From Haneda Airport
    1. Take the Keikyu Airport Line to Higashi-Ginza Station, transfer to the Hibiya Line and get off at Minowa Station
    or
    2. Take the Keikyu Airport to Nippori Station, transfer to the Hibiya Line and get off at Minowa Station.
  • Is there a parking lot available? What are the rates and how do I make a reservation?
    There is no parking lot, so please use the paid parking lot nearby.

  • Where can I exchange foreign currency?
    We recommend using foreign currency exchange services in each airport. Please bring your passport or other forms of identification.
