About Accommodation

Can I send my luggage in advance?

You can send your luggage in advance, but please indicate the name of guest, room number, and expected check-in date on the courier slip. Please specify the check-in date as scheduled delivery date. Please note that we are unable to accept parcels with cash on delivery (COD).
Until what time is the front desk open?

The front desk is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If you would like to use the front desk outside of business hours, please ring the bell to call a staff member.
Is there a parcel receiving or shipping service?

Only packages that have been previously paid can be picked up, but we do not have a courier shipping service. Please request for shipping at a convenience store. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur when you ask the delivery company to pick up your luggage, even while you are staying at the accommodation.

Are there elevators?

Yes, elevators are available.
What facilities are included in the rooms?

The rooms are equipped with the following facilities: Wi-Fi, air condition, TV, washing machine, bathroom dryer, washlet, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, iron and hair dryer.
Are there washing machines and dryers in the rooms?

A washing machine and bathroom dryer are included.
Does the hotel have rooms for differently-abled guests?

Please note that our hotel does not have rooms suitable for differently-abled guests.
What kind of kitchen appliances and utensils are available in the room?

We have pots, frying pans, cutting boards, knives, kitchen scissors, tableware (glasses, plates, bowls), cutlery (spoons, chopsticks, forks, knives, teaspoons), a rice cooker, and a coffee maker.
Can I watch Youtube or Netflix on the TV?

You cannot watch Youtube or Netflix on the TV. Only terrestrial TV is available.
Will amenities be replenished and towels be changed?

We do not change towels, so we kindly ask you to use the washing machine in the room and reuse the towels. If you run low on amenities, please contact the front desk for additional supplies.

What time is the check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards and check-out is until 10:00 AM.
What should I do if I am late for check-in?

If you register your guest information in advance, we will send you an access guide and a room pass code for your room. Use information there to do self check-in.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or check-out?

We can store your luggage on the day of check-in and the day of check-out.
What are the check-out procedures?

If you leave the room by 10:00 AM the check-out procedure will be automatically completed.
Is early check-in / late check-out possible?

Please note that we do not accommodate early check-in or late check-out.
How do I check-in?

Please check-in at the front desk between 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you will arrive after 10:00 PM, please refer to the access guide we sent you in advance and follow the instructions for self check-in.

Where is the nearest train station?

The nearest stations are Tawaramachi Station (Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, 3-min walk from the hotel) and Asakusa Station (7-min walk from the hotel)
Could you please tell me how to get there from the airport?

From Narita Airport
1. Take the Keisei Narita Sky Access direct to Asakusa Station.
or
2. Take the Skyliner to Ueno Station, then transfer to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and get off at Tawaramachi Station.

From Haneda Airport
1. Take the Keikyu Airport Line to Asakusa Station.
Is there a parking lot available?

Parking is not available, so please use the pay parking lot nearby.

Where can I exchange foreign currency?

We recommend using foreign currency exchange services in each airport. There are also locations where you can exchange foreign currency at the nearby Family Mart and Asakusa Culture and Tourism Center. Please bring your passport or other forms of identification.
